The project locates in Thai Binh province, in Viet Nam. The main objective of the project is to design and convert the intersection from non-signalized intersection to signalized intersection. Strams team conducted observation including geometric configuration and traffic data. Then the solutions for improvements are proposed. The solutions contribute to significant improvement onn traffic safety and mobility.
